
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the invoice date.
If you are aware of any physical damage on the products while receiving your order, you must report the problem to us within 24 hours via phone or email. We will contact our shipper to file a damage assessment report and arrange a replacement to be shipped to you.
Customer must assume the responsibity for product damages if they fail to report the defects to us after opening the product package boxes or bags.
For exchange of a defective product:
-Customers must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from 4UDepot and provide product's serial number as well as the areas of defect.
-Customers are responsible to ship back the product(s) to 4UDepot at customers' expenses.
-All returns will be inspected by 4UDepot. If the product has a manufacturing defect, 4UDepot will either replace or repair it and will ship it back to the customer at 4UDepot's expense.
-For Customers requiring a cross-shipment of a defective product, 4UDepot will authorize the customer's credit card again but will not charge the price for the replacement unless the return merchandise has not been received within 15 days of the authorization.
For refund of a non-defective product:
-Customers must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from 4UDepot and provide product series number.
-Customers are responsible to ship back the products to 4UDepot at customers' expense.
-All returned products must be factory sealed.
-All returns will be inspected by 4UDepot personnel prior to any credits being issued.
-4UDepot will assess a 15% restocking fee on product returns plus applicable fees for missing materials, manuals, and accessories.
-You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
